Refund policy

Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact us immediately if your items are damaged or lost during shipping. We insure all of our packages and can send you a replacement. We like a description and photo of the damage to include in our claim, so don't clean up the mess and throw it away before you snap a picture or two.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
