Maple sugar is made by removing the water from maple syrup. The syrup is boiled and then stirred to remove the water. Maple sugar can be substituted for white or brown sugar in your baking and it tastes sweeter so you can cut back on the amount that you use. Mix the sugar with spices and shake or rub onto vegetables or meats. Enjoy this native, natural sweetener. Our sugar is certified organic.
